Dr. Pratt is a distinguished thought leader in information systems and healthcare, with over 20 years of experience in academia and industry. A Fulbright Scholar, she conducts research across multiple continents, focusing on healthcare IT, clinical enterprise systems, and technology adoption behaviors. Her work influences organizational practices, improving clinical system implementation and employee performance.
