Dr. Pratt, founder of ITS JustRenee and co-founder of the T.E.A.L. Project, recognized early on the transformative power of information technology. With a background in mathematics and industry experience during the Dot-Com boom, her path naturally led to a focus on Management Information Systems. Earning both a master’s and PhD, she built a career in academia, serving as faculty, mentor, advisor, director, researcher, and consultant.

Through years of working with students, industry professionals, and personal experiences, Dr. Pratt observed a growing need for education in technology and healthcare advocacy. As the demand for professionals in information systems and healthcare continues to rise, there remains a shortage of skilled students and future employees in these critical fields. Dr. Pratt explores the power of patient advocacy within communities and the role of technology in managing personal health.
